We believe it’s because we make our candies just like you would at home, using fresh, local ingredients, slow-cooking our centers in small batches, hand-cutting, forming, and enrobing in the very best chocolate.
Our candies are enrobed with a very fine grade, Swiss-style chocolate, carefully blended for the best flavor and smoothest consistency. In addition, we still hand-string our chocolates, finishing each piece with a unique identifying design. We believe in supporting our local economy and use local suppliers whenever possible. To meet our high standards, we also reach out across the country, and beyond, to find the best nuts, fruits, and other ingredients for our creations.
Careful attention to detail plus an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction ensures a product that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the taste.
